Welcome! I am Angie Fern - health & wellness coach, yoga instructor, self-care practitioner, and community member.

My holistic journey began in 1999 as a Massage Therapist from St. Croix Center for the Healing Arts in Hudson, WI. I have had over 19 years of body and energy work experience. I have also transitioned into yoga instruction, completing my 200 hour training at Yoga Center Minneapolis, and taking further training in Advanced Adaptive Yoga with Matthew Sanford (Mind Body Solutions). I have been volunteering with Adaptive Yoga classes for over 4 years, and am now an instructor with MBS at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. I teach yoga for those living with mental illness and cognitive & physical disabilities, as well as workshops and traditional classes. Wellness is my passion and I am grateful to share my passion with you, my community.

I also offer Health Coaching, Reiki Healing Sessions, Abdominal Massage, Foam Roller Workshops, and Self-Care Instruction. These sessions are tailored to you and your goals in healing. I am also available for individual yoga sessions for those who wish to deepen their practice. Please see my Services pages and contact me for a consultation.

I specialize in understanding the mind/body/emotion/energy connections, trauma healing, somatics, physical and emotional unwinding, chronic pain and dis-ease, energy work, self-care practices, anxiety, abdominal massage, muscle release techniques, myofascial release, self-massage, and more.

In my spare time I mostly enjoy time outdoors, hiking and camping, dancing, connecting with my friends and family, attending cultural events, and traveling.

I cant teach you what you don’t know. But what you don’t know can be happening. What is happening might be more profound than what you know. Cultivate the happening.
